How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Golf Simulator on Long Island?

The Short Version

$350 for DIY drop-off (4 hours, you run it). $650 for Full-Service (4 hours with an on-site caddy). $950 for The Big Event (6 hours, up to 20 guests, tournament format). All include the full setup. No hidden fees.

If you're shopping mobile golf simulator rentals on Long Island, you've probably already noticed: most companies don't post their prices. You fill out a form, wait for a callback, and get quoted whatever they think you'll pay.

We don't operate that way. Here's exactly what it costs to rent from Long Island Golf Factory — three packages, flat-rate pricing, no surprises.

The Three Packages

DIY Drop-Off — $350

4 hours. We deliver, you run it.

The lowest-cost option. We bring the inflatable enclosure, screen, hitting mat, and launch monitor to your location. We give you a quick walkthrough of how to run the simulator. You set it up where you want it, run it yourself for 4 hours, and we come back at the end to break it down and pick up.

Best for: small backyard hangs, casual gatherings, hosts who are comfortable with tech and want to keep costs down.

Full-Service — $650

4 hours. We run the whole event.

The most-booked package. We deliver, fully set up, and break down at the end. A dedicated on-site caddy runs the simulator the entire 4 hours — picks the courses, sets up Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests, manages the live on-screen leaderboard, and handles any tech hiccups so you don't have to think about it.

Best for: birthdays, BBQs, mid-size parties (8-15 guests). The host doesn't lift a finger.

The Big Event — $950

6 hours. Tournament format. Up to 20 guests.

The full production package. Everything in Full-Service, plus 2 extra hours, up to 20 guests rotating through the simulator, and a group tournament format (skins, scramble, stroke play). Priority weekend booking — if you have a peak summer date in mind, this package gets you to the front of the line.

Best for: graduation parties, corporate events, all-day BBQs, milestone celebrations.

What's Always Included

How Pricing Compares to Alternatives

For context, here's what the same event budget gets you elsewhere on Long Island:

The simulator hits a different price point because it serves all ages and replaces the "what are people going to do?" problem entirely.

How to Lock In Your Price

Pricing is fixed for the package, but availability is the variable. Long Island summer weekends — especially graduation season in late May and early June — book out 2-3 months in advance. The earlier you ask, the more flexibility we have.
