If you're shopping mobile golf simulator rentals on Long Island, you've probably noticed most companies don't list prices. You fill out a form, wait for a callback, and get quoted whatever they think you'll pay. We don't operate that way.

Here's exactly what it costs to rent from Long Island Golf Factory — three packages, flat-rate pricing, no surprises.

What are the golf simulator rental packages?

Starter Package — $650

4 hours. Delivery, setup, and breakdown included. Self-guided.

We bring the full setup — inflatable enclosure, HD screen, hitting mat, launch monitor, 200+ courses — deliver it to your location, do a quick walkthrough so you know how to run it, and then it's yours for four hours. We come back at the end and handle breakdown and pickup. Best for smaller gatherings where you're comfortable managing it yourself.

Full-Service Package — $850

4 hours. On-site Golf Host runs your entire event.

Everything in the Starter Package, plus a dedicated on-site Golf Host who runs the simulator the whole time — picks courses, sets up Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests, manages the live leaderboard, and handles anything that comes up so you never have to think about it. This is the most-booked package. Best for birthday parties, graduation parties, and backyard BBQs where the host wants to actually enjoy the event.

Signature Package — $1,050

6 hours. Full-Service plus upgrades.

Everything in the Full-Service Package, plus an extra two hours, Bluetooth speaker included, cornhole boards included, and priority booking. Best for larger events, block parties, or any time you want the full premium experience without renting anything else. One call, one vendor, done.

How much is the deposit?

Just $25 to hold your date. The balance is due on the day of your event. No large upfront payments, no locked-in cancellation policies before you're certain. The $25 deposit reserves the date in our calendar immediately.

How far in advance should I book?

Summer weekends — especially graduation season in late May through early June — book 6 to 8 weeks out. Fall events (Labor Day, October parties) book quickly too. If you have a date in mind, the sooner you lock it in, the better. For weeknight events or off-season dates, we usually have availability with shorter notice.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in every package price. We serve all of Nassau and Suffolk County — from Massapequa to Huntington, Garden City to Smithtown. See exactly how the process works.
